Meanwhile support

Help with the Meanwhile app for Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch. Write to [email protected] and a person answers.

How many cities are free?

Meanwhile is free for your own clock plus 3 cities. A one-time purchase unlocks more cities and every feature. There is no subscription.

Does one purchase cover all my devices?

Yes. Buy once with your Apple Account and Meanwhile unlocks on your Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch.

I bought it, but it is still locked

Open the unlock screen and tap “Restore purchase”. Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I type a time?

Type a time and a place in plain words, like “3pm Tokyo” or “tomorrow 9am London”. Every city on your list shows its time at that moment. Tap “Now” to go back to the live time.

How do I open it on my Mac?

Click the Meanwhile icon in the menu bar, or press Shift-Command-0. You can change the shortcut in the app.
